I’ve loved reading since I was a kid! Anyone remember Goosebumps? Or better yet, Fear Street? Well, I’d like to say I’ve outgrown that genre but… don’t judge me guys! Promise?? Guys?
At night my favorite thing to do is curl up in bed with my kindle and fall asleep while getting lost in my current book. Reading helps me let the day go and journey on an adventure for awhile. I’ve officially turned bedtime stories into an adult thing! If you haven’t tried it, you shooould. This could also work for audio books!

Thanks to quarantine I discovered the Libby app, which if you haven’t heard of/used it, it’s my new best friend! It allows you to borrow and read ebooks and audiobooks from your local public library for FREE!
So… based on this list below, you could say I’m going for a personal best.
While I do enjoy reading business books, my guilty pleasure is fantasy-ish YA (young adult) fiction.
The only “problem” with Libby is you only get books for 21 days, not usually a big deal, but sometimes you wait weeks for popular books because they are on hold. Then you’ll get several all at once and find it hard to read them quick enough (not that I learned that from experience or anything) so choose wisely! I still have some BLM books on hold (meaning when they are available they let me know), like White Fragility, but I’m thrilled so many people are requesting these books!
My current YA read I actually waited TEN weeks to get! It’s due in 4 days and I’m just over halfway, eep! AND Umbrella Academy Season 2 comes back this weekend… I hope I’ll make it! 😬 Am I a nerd? Don’t answer that.
