What is a Wedding Mentorship? A 90 minute powwow where we will discuss your wedding strategy. We hear all about your vision for your wedding day. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we’ll show you how to feel excited to plan.

Where do these meetings take place? From the comfort of your home! We love using Zoom for our meetings so we can see each other and it’s as close as we can get to in person. Plus, you can wear your pjs if you want, we won't judge.

We don’t live together, or even in the same city, can we still both join? Yes, of course! Zoom makes it SO easy for us to chat with you from anywhere in the world.

Why is a wedding photographer mentoring about wedding planning? We’re sharing everything about weddings! We’ve been photographing weddings for TEN years and we also planned and paid for our own wedding. Unlike popular wedding sites, we’re not some person sitting in a cubicle looking at pretty photos on Pinterest. We are NEXT to our couples, “in the trenches” with them, going through a wedding day by their side. We see more than even a coordinator will see on a wedding day because we’re always right there. And trust us, we’ve seen A LOT.

I’ve already booked a venue (and a few other vendors) would this still help me? Definitely! Honestly, no matter where you are in the wedding process, we have options to help you out. If you already have almost all of your vendors figured out but are confused on how to create the best timeline, how to prepare for your wedding day (we provide an entire 90 page guide on this for our couples!)

I’ve already booked a photographer, can I still meet with you? Absolutely! We’re happy to still help you get on the right track with your wedding day. This is absolutely not a way to sell you our photography services. In fact, we’d prefer to keep this meeting more about your wedding day as a whole. However, if you are still thinking about a wedding photographer and are interested in our services, we’re happy to answer any questions you may have.

What if I’m getting married in another city or country from where you live? Not a problem! After photographing weddings worldwide for 10 years, we actually have a pretty good feel for the wedding industry in most places. We still think you can get a lot out of this mentorship opportunity!

If I book this with you, does this mean I won’t need a wedding planner/coordinator? Absolutely NOT! In fact, we can’t recommend hiring a full time planner enough. However, during your meeting, we can help you determine the best type of planner/coordinator it sounds like you need, recommend how to find the best person for you, and something.

My mom is helping me a lot with the wedding, can she join? While we love moms, we do strongly recommend that you do this meeting as just you and your fiancé so that we can really make sure we are hearing your opinions about your wedding day. Unless you really don't have any opinions on your wedding and don’t mind that your mom will make all the decisions (we have had a few couples like this!) then that’s ultimately your decision if you want to involve her!

Don’t have enough time to commit to this?

We can tell you, this will most definitely SAVE you time. Most couples who meet with us are stuck. For instance, if you’re feeling you’re having trouble committing to a venue, after meeting with us, couples typically book their venue within the week. Maybe you’ve booked a venue but can’t seem to get motivated to do more than that. We can guide you to figure out what’s holding you back and how to move out of that funk. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by the entire wedding day and just need some assistance and reassurance. We will help you draw up a timeline that you will feel good about, show you how to get all your vendors on the same page and provide tips for how best to prepare for your wedding day to ensure it’s the least stressful and truly the best day ever.

Worried about the investment?

Meeting with us may actually save you THOUSANDS of dollars.  We’ve heard of couples booking a venue and learning later that there are so many hidden fees! They are now stuck paying these or losing their hefty deposit. By having meeting with us, we will help you learn what to ask venues and vendors in interviews, what to avoid, and how to not get taken advantage of.

You may hire a vendor and realize it’s the wrong fit for you, By meeting with us, we will teach you how to hire the right vendors the first time.

Ultimately, we want to empower you to hold your own when talking to vendors, knowing you’re asking all the right questions, and hopefully resulting in getting the best service possible.

COST

Typically our couples pay $750+ per hour for our services. We are offering limited time pricing because we want this to be an easy “HELL YES” for you.
